Tried calling today was on hold for OVER AN HOUR just for the phone to ring once again then go silent. No answer. What timeline am i even living.

The enforcement and investigation of unlicensed contractors and contractors unlicensed to have employees is seriously lacking.  There is not enough enforcement or penalties to stop the ridiculous amount of illegal work activities.  Yes I have reported such incidents.  They wrote out 1 penalty in Lane count for the whole month of May!  Lets get serious about enforcement!

Waited for an hour and a half on the phone without response and now the call dropped on their end and they put me at the back of the line

NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE EVER!

I HAVE SPENT 4 HRS ON HOLD TODAY, I KEEP CALLING, WAITING A HALF HOUR OR MORE, THEN GETTING HUNG UP ON.

THIS IS SO WRONG.

Typical Government agency, has lost my application twice stating “they have no system to confirm receiving my application via fax” even tho I have detailed delivery confirmations. Unhelpful, rude, belligerent at times.
